We are looking for a detail-oriented IT & Hardware Purchaser to manage the sourcing and procurement of networking and IT hardware. This role involves working with suppliers, evaluating product options, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment to meet global business needs. You’ll support our technical and sales teams by ensuring the right equipment is available at the right time and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify IT hardware needs (network devices, servers, accessories, etc.) from internal teams.

• Research vendors and source quotes for competitive pricing.

• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery.

• Create and manage purchase orders, tracking shipments and delivery timelines..

• Stay updated with market trends and recommend new products or vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT hardware purchasing or procurement.

• Strong knowledge of networking brands like Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, etc.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field preferred.
